Plan review
We go through every sheet for buildability, clashes and missing information.

Measure & quote
Measured quantities and real quotes from each trade — not a rate per square metre.

Detailed fixed price
Scope, inclusions, exclusions and allowances, line by line. Two rounds of revisions included.

Contract & build
QBCC-compliant contract, agreed programme, weekly updates and a full handover pack.
Detailed quote fee
1.5% of the estimated build value. Credited back when you build.
A detailed quote is a firm price you can build to, with every trade priced and every inclusion written down. The fee covers the work that goes into getting it right — and if you sign within 60 days, it comes straight off your build price.

Do my plans need to be approved?
For a fixed price, yes — approved drawings and engineering let us price everything accurately. If yours are still in progress, our Design & Build service can review them for budget and buildability first.
What if something’s missing from the drawings?
We flag it during plan review and list it as an allowance or a question, so nothing is guessed silently.
Is the minimum fee charged on small jobs?
The detailed quote fee is 1.5% of the estimated build value, with a $1,500 minimum. Under $20k with a clear scope? That’s Small Works, with free quotes from photos.
Can you work with my architect during the build?
Yes. We coordinate with your designer, engineer and certifier throughout, and every change is priced and approved by you first.
