You pay actual costs plus our margin and see every invoice. Claimed fortnightly with invoices attached.
Rates exclude GST. Cost plus suits work where the scope can’t be fixed — the Queensland Home Warranty Scheme doesn’t cover non-completion on cost plus contracts, so we’ll help you choose.
